As a child, Carly was naturally thin, but by 24 years old, and two children, she was topping 200 lbs for her 5' 2" frame. She was taking a handful of prescription medications every day, for a multitude of health issues, including being a full blown diabetic, hypoglycemic, and dealing with acid reflux.

That is when her journey began.  She decided that her health and wellness had to become her top priority.  Carly lost over 60 lbs, and reversed her diabetes.

Carly is a Health & Wellness Coach, Certified Massage Therapist, Yoga Instructor, Scuba Instructor, Emergency First Response Instructor,  and she has also worked with herbs, supplements and Essential Oils most of her life.

Now, 20 years later, Carly is dedicated to helping clients and friends with their health and wellness goals, so that they can change their lives as well.

Carly's Coaching Approach

Carly believes in traditional Western medicine, but focuses on the Holistic approach, meaning:

  • Unconditional love and support are the most powerful healers. Physical, emotional and spiritual imbalances can have negative effects on our lives.

  • Each person is ultimately responsible for his or her own health and well being. We must each choose to take the steps and make the changes.

  • All people have innate healing powers.

  • The patient is a person, not a disease. The whole person is made up of interdependent parts and if one part is not working properly, all the other parts will be affected.

  • Healing takes a team approach, involving the patient, doctor, and various other health care practitioners, and addresses all aspects of a person's life, using a variety of health care practices.

  • Treatment involves fixing the cause of the condition, not just alleviating the symptoms.
